Goal Showcase: Building Strength for Transfers in Incomplete Tetraplegia

Our client has been living with incomplete tetraplegia, a condition that affects his mobility and strength. His main objectives are to regain his independence and to experience the freedom of the ocean, just like he did when he was younger. He is currently focusing on training his transfers to build the necessary strength to achieve this goal.

To support him in reaching his aspirations, we have been working together on exercises that improve mobility, strength, and flexibility. Our targeted approach includes strength training for injury prevention and capacity for transfers. all tailored to our client's unique needs and abilities.

Our mission is to empower clients to attain their goals and regain independence, one step at a time.

Although we utilize clinical tests and metrics as part of our treatment process, the most significant outcomes happen at home and in the community.
